🔍 If you own more than one audio input (e.g., external microphone), please double check the following on your browser:

⭐ On Chrome > Preferences > Security & Privacy > Site Settings > Microphone > Choose device from the dropdown.
⭐ On Microsoft Edge > Settings > Site Permissions > Microphone > Choose device from the dropdown.

💡 Further troubleshooting for Mac:

1. ⚙️ System Preferences > 🔊 Sound > 🗂️ Output and Input tabs > Select the proper devices.
2. ⚙️ System Preferences > 🏠 Security & Privacy > Privacy tab.
3. Unlock (click) the 🔒 lock icon in the lower-left to allow you to make changes to your preferences.
4. Click Camera in the left sidebar and then select the checkbox next to Chrome that needs camera access.
5. Click Microphone in the left sidebar and then select the checkbox next to Chrome that needs mic access.
6. On Chrome > Click the video cam icon next to the website link in the address bar > Select 'Always Allow'.
7. Restart browser.

💡 Further troubleshooting for Windows:

1. Go to Start menu > Settings > Privacy.
2. Click Camera in the left sidebar and then turn on access for Chrome or Edge that needs to use the camera. If this option is grayed out, make sure 'Let apps use my camera hardware' is turned on.
3. Click Microphone in the left sidebar and then turn on access for Chrome or Edge that needs to use the mic. If this option is grayed out, make sure 'Let apps use my microphone' is turned on.
4. On Microsoft Edge > Click the Lock icon next to the website link in the address bar.
5. Click the Site permissions option > Use the 'Camera' dropdown menu to unblock the camera for this site.
6. Restart browser.

💡 Further troubleshooting for Mobile and Tablet:

1. Be sure to unmute your device, and check volume switch and level.
2. ⚙️ Permit your browser to access your webcam.
3. Restart browser.
